I got this shirt for work. I work in food service and I have to wait on people sometimes, so I needed this. Fits great. But I did get a size bigger than I would've usually gotten like the reviews said. They were right, couldn't imagine how small the medium size is. So if you buy this, listen to them!

I ordered three of these for work, I am a waitress. I love the fit however I normally wear a small and ordered a medium on the advise of other reviews. It fits beautifully. I do find them to be slightly itchy and they need ironed to look crisp but they wash up well. I would order them again.

I just received this shirt and have received many compliments on it; very nice quality/color and super comfortable. I will be ordering in every color-- be aware, you must order at least a size larger than normal (I usually wear a medium/large and the XL fits fine).

I have now purchased it in each color; that is how much I like this shirt. Between the three, it's become my default shirt for... well... everything except sleeping and the gym. They are snug, I usually wear a small but have found that medium fits me perfectly. They iron up nicely, though they don't really need it unless you like your collars stiff.
As an aside, isn't the tag in a weird spot (the red one in the front)? I kept thinking I'd spilled something on myself, and eventually used a seamripper to take the tag off.
