These books are great brain junk food. They really take me to another place, and I love the characters and the plot development. Meyers whines a bit too much about emotions and pain (she wrote the word "pain" 1,000 if she wrote it once!), and I don't think she nailed early 1900s dialogue with any of the characters, but these are an enjoyable read nonetheless.
The boxed set is really stylish and great quality, and the price cannot be beat. I'd pay at least twice as much if I picked it up at a brick-and-mortar bookstore! Great value and always delivered on time--I love Amazon!

The books are amazing. You can really get into them. I finished reading all four in about a week and a half. Now I'm just waiting to see all the movies.
